14-hour oak-smoked USDA Prime. Bark so good you’ll forget the meat (but you won’t, because the meat is insane).

Pulled Pork
Shoulder smoked low and slow over cherry wood. Served Carolina-style with vinegar slaw or go Texas with our house rub.

Spare Ribs
St. Louis cut, dry-rubbed with our secret 11-spice blend. Fall-off-the-bone tender. Sauce on the side because we have standards.
The Rules
We start the smoker at 3 AM.
We sell until we’re out.
